Couple Robbed at Knifepoint | News

PINE GROVE TOWNSHIP — State troopers arrested and charged Kendall Wells, 20, of Tower City after an armed robbery Monday night in Schuylkill County.

State police said Wells, along with two accomplices, held up a couple at Econo Lodge in Pine Grove Township around 9:00 p.m.

Troopers said Wells brandished a knife and stole $2,520 from the victims.  Wells was found at his home and arrested.

State police said the two others involved with Wells, a man and a woman, have not been found.

Wells was arraigned and locked up in Schuylkill County jail.
